TERMS & CONDITIONS 

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of products ("Products") from Randria Care LLC. ("Randria Care"). By purchasing Products from Randria Care, you agree to abide by these Terms. 

Purchase Agreement: 

By placing an order for Products from Randria Care, you agree to pay the specified fees for the Products and adhere to the terms outlined herein. 

Payment: 

You agree to pay Randria Care the specified fees for the Products at the time of purchase. Payment shall be made through the designated payment methods provided by Randria Care. 

Delivery: 

Randria Care shall deliver the Products to the address provided by you at the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the Products and your location. 

Cancellation and Refunds: 

Orders for Products may be canceled within [2 Days] days of purchase for a partial refund due to inconvenience and delivery fees. Specifically, the amount for rental price of equipment as well as any delivery charges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

Product Warranty: 

Randria Care warrants that the Products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of the customers rental. The Warranty Period differs depending on purchased bundle and/or rental from the date of delivery. No warranty for 1 day trial. 1 day warranty for 3 day rental. 3 day warranty for 1 week rental. 1 week warranty for the 1 month rental. 6 month warranty when device is purchased. If you discover any defects within this Warranty Period, Randria Care will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Products. 

Limitation of Liability: 

Randria Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or injuries arising out of the purchase or use of the Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business. Any Randria Care devices should be used with user discretion and proper training, therefore Randria Care will not be held responsible. 

Governing Law: 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

Entire Agreement: 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Randria Care regarding the purchase of Products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
By purchasing Products from Randria Care, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
